Customer Satisfaction Index goes up

According to the survey held in 2014, the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) of Energocontract group of companies rose by 4% to achieve 91%. The leading developer and manufacturer of heat-resistant PPE has been conducting customer satisfaction surveys since 2007. Over the years the index increased by 38%, indicating positive dynamics of customers satisfaction and therefore efficiency of the company.

Customer satisfaction index (CSI) is calculated basing on customers reviews including the following categories:

-  Product quality

- Supplying process management

- Cooperation with customers, including satisfying their needs and responding feedbacks.
